We aim to provide the highest standards of service and product quality. If you are unhappy with a product, we will do everything we can to get you the item you want.
Our return and refund policy
While we hope you’ll be happy with your Fulcare items, we know you may sometimes need to return them. If you do, this policy has all the information you’ll need to know. Please note there will be a 10% restocking fee on any item you are unhappy with and wish to return. (This excludes damaged or defective items).
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase
- You must provide your name and address
- The returned items must be unused with original tags/labels attached
- If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-3 above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion costs
